ABOUT 

Clara Magdalena Brückmann was born in 1998 in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany. She lives and works in Dresden.

Since 2021, she has been studying Fine Arts at the Dresden University of Fine Arts, joining Prof. Christian Macketanz's class in 2022.

Her work explores image depth, spatiality, and color within the two-dimensional plane, continuously revisiting and redefining questions of composition, color impact, and contemporary aesthetics, as well as their effects on human perception.

An illusory space emerges, extending beyond the limits of the visible.
Clara M. Brückmanns work, which reference architecture and material properties, focus primarily on the details of everyday life. The seemingly ordinary—frequently unnoticed—becomes a central element of her expression.
